This is not a claim about a named customer’s results. It is a general product-use scenario for education, HR, and customer-success teams restructuring long onboarding material for mobile reading.

When this flow applies

New employees or customers may read while moving, while the existing PDF has a long table of contents and dense pages. Instead of compressing everything, separate what they need in the first week, what they will reference during work, and what they should ask an owner.

Define learning goals and the controlled source

Write one action readers should be able to take after each section. For policies, security, pricing, and other sensitive details, link to the current source rather than treating a summary as final. Show the document owner and revision date.

Rebuild the sequence for mobile

Arrange an introduction, key concepts, work steps, check questions, and help path. Review whether tables and screenshots retain meaning on a small screen. Use short slides or video as an entry to one concept, not as a replacement for complete instructions.

Operating checklist

  • Are learning goals and section roles explicit?
  • Can policies and figures be traced to the current source?
  • Do tables, images, and CTAs fit on mobile?
  • Is understanding assessed by more than viewing time?
  • Is there a clear route for questions and corrections?

Judge completion through check questions and actual work, not merely a link open. Viewing observations should only help locate sections that may need support.
