Follow-up

When a customer revisits a meeting summary, use the record to choose one concrete topic for the next message. Connect it to what the customer actually said; do not treat the revisit as a positive response.

What can FeatPaper show?

FeatPaper can show whether the summary was revisited and which pages received more attention. Compare those observations with the questions, responsibilities, and deadlines recorded in the meeting.

If a revisited page covers a question the customer raised, prepare a short clarification. If it covers a new topic, ask whether more context would be useful rather than guessing why it was opened.

How should the next message begin?

Start from the shared work: “Would it help to clarify the operating scope we discussed?” is easier to answer than a broad request for feedback. Address the most important one or two topics and leave detailed discussion for a call if needed.

Avoid emphasizing that the team saw the customer’s viewing activity. The message should remain useful because of its content, not because of surveillance pressure.

What should be recorded afterward?

Note the document revision, observation, question sent, and the customer’s actual response. Keeping those fields separate prevents later teams from turning an observation into a conclusion.

Next-action checklist

  • Is the meeting summary revision clear?
  • Does the observation match a topic from the meeting?
  • Is the question specific and easy to answer?
  • Are only one or two priorities raised?
  • Is the customer’s response recorded separately?

What remains for native review?

An English reviewer should check customer-success tone, privacy-sensitive wording, and the distinction between observation and response.
